I believe my grandmother was born in Timpson or Shelby. I am trying to find out something about her parents. My grandmother's name was Arbor Lee Nixon. She is the daughter of Thomas Houston Nixon and Alice Billingsley. I may have them on the 1900 census but that's all I've been able to find. I know where Thomas is buried (Sabine County) but they don't have a certificate for him. I don't know where Alice is buried.
