According to the records of the Mangum Funeral Home in Center TX the interment was in the Joaquin Cemetery. I was only 7 years old and have very little memory of that time. The burial would have been on June 29 of 1944. After that date I have had no contact with any of his family because I was moved away from that area. To my knowledge I have no immediate family living that could help me with this question. I have visited the Cemetery and found no headstone. Could he be buried there and a headstone was never put in placed? I did see the headstones of George W. and Mary E. Hunt which were my grandparents. I feel sure my father is buried there and would very much like to know. I would appreciate any help you could give me.
