    3. Personally, I love the e-mail that comes to the Shelby County list! My husband's family is from Shelby County and it seems that everybody is related to everybody else (grin) so I never know when I will find a "nugget" of information that will help me in my genealogical "diggins". Not everybody appreciates an onslaught of e-mail, but I subscribe to several county mail lists and Shelby County is mild compared to some. BTW, if you DO want to stimulate the list, ask folks to post their family names-THAT gets 'em going! (Mine are ADAMS, LOUT, and BOOKOUT in Shelby County).
