He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Garfield, where he was a Deacon and a Sunday School Teacher. He is survived by: Wife: Berna Dean Wall Wise of Garfield, Arkansas Son: Jamey Wise and wife Suzanne of Tallahassee, Florida Daughter: Lisa Wise of Phoenix, Arizona Brother: Lawrence Fulton Wise of Zavalla, Texas Sisters: Margine Stringer and Verdie Barnes, Both of Zavalla, Texas Grandchildren: Rebeka Benson, Jonathan Wise, Jack Wise, James Wise and Steven Copeland Funeral Services were held at Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel on April 14, 2003, at 10:00 A.M., with Bro. Benny Thompson officiating. Burial followed at the Attoyac Cemetery in San Augustine County, Texas. Services were under the direction of Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine, Texas.
