He was born in Tallevast, Florida, on February 13, 1936, to James Robert Walker & Irene Peters Walker. At the time of his death, he had been living in Broaddus, Texas. He served in the U.S. National Guard and had worked as a plumber. He is survived by his daughters; Deborah Rayas of Council Bluffs, Iowa; Diane Capin of Omaha, Nebraska; denise boyer of Edgewood, Washington; Doreen Taylor of Wilkeson, Washington; 1 Son; David Walker of Madison, South Dakota, 1 Sister; Lorain Eby of El Paso, Texas and 11 Grandchildren. The family chose to have Mr. Walker's body cremated. Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine handled the arrangements.
