Many are old family cemeteries that are no longer used for burial and many are grown up, out in cow pastures, only have 1 or 2 graves, etc. The San Augustine Library has a volume of books that gives all kinds of info on these cemeteries - location, history of cemetery, persons buried there, etc. I work at the funeral home (Wyman Roberts) in San Augustine, so if you need any help, feel free to call me.
