He is survived by his wife, Judith Foley Higginbotham of San Augustine; daughter, Seabrenia Gail Fiedler of Livingston, Texas; granddaughter, Breanne Nicole Fiedler; grandson, Zachary Alolen Fiedler; brothers, Sam Higginbotham of Tyler, Texas, Floyd Higginbotham of Navasota, Texas, Joe Higginbotham of Shelbyville, Texas, Billy Higginbotham of Center, Texas; sisters, Pauline Rash of Mauriceville, Texas, Lucille Calk of Monroe, Louisiana, Dorothy Raddin of Houston, Texas, Peggy Shannon of Shreveport, Louisiana, Kathryn McCauley of San Augustine, Texas; Mother-In-Lay, Madeline Foley of San ! Augustine. He was preceded in death by brothers, J.D. & Edward Higginbotham and sisters, Lorene Upchurch & Faye Holmes. Funeral services were handled by Wyman Roberts Funeral Home in San Augustine. They were Wednesday, November 27, 2002, at 2 P.M. at the Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel with interment following at the Liberty Hill Cemetery in San Augustine County..
