I am looking for information on Mary FITZGERALD b 1829 in Tennessee, daughter of Jackson FITZGERALD and Sarah MOORE. She married Joseph T. PATE on March 10, 1856 in San Augustine County, TX. I believe that Mary and Joseph were in Anderson County by 1860, but her father and some siblings stayed in San Augustine County. Mary may have remarried after Joseph died. Joseph is on the voter rolls of Anderson County in August 1867. I believe that their son Joseph Francis PATE was born in Anderson County in August, 1867. They may have had a daughter Amanda J. PATE born about 1858 and a son, J M, born about 1860. I cannot find this PATE family on the 1870 census. I also believe that Mary and Joseph were both dead by 1880. Any information about Mary would be very much appreciated. I am most interested in a second spouse, Joseph T's date of death and Mary's date of death. Thanks.
