I also searched all of the cemeteries that I have listed in San Augustine County and don't find those names in any cemetery. There are unmarked graves, so it is still possible they are there. As for how the Harvey Cemetery looks, I couldn't say, however, I think that it is not too far from SH 147 in Broaddus. If you would like more information, or want to quiz me, just email. My Richard Sims was born 1767 in England and died ca 1830 in Ayish Bayou. Maria was born 1770 in what is now San Antonio and died by 1840 probably in Shelby County. Richard and Maria were married in Natchitoches 22 Sept 1789. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I know of a Richard Sims b 1786 m 11/22/1824 Greene County, AL Rebecca Anderson b~1807 GA who's son Richard, Jr. was b~1845 in TX. Many members of the Anderson family were in San Augustine in the 1845 time frame, so Richard and Rebecca probably were there also.
