Hi, There was a Welch family in San Augusine Co., William David Welch that married Ann Adeline Ishmael, and they named one daughter Stella Agnes and the other Doxie Ann. The boys were Franklin Moses (or Mosley), and Lonnie (or Alonzo) and Eugene Hager. I've never found where they got these names. Then there was a Welch family in Angelina Co.--David DeMarquis DeLafayette Welch and wife Anna Streetman Watson who had about ten children--one who married into a Slocum family. Maybe if we could see some more details, about other family ties--it would help. > >Hi, >I recently found out info about my Gr. I am not sure where the Christian Cemetery is located or if one can find a list of people buried there. Is it in Shelby, San Augustine or Nacogdoches County? I am not sure if this will lead to anything, but heard that there were some Moores buried there. I thought I'd check it out. Thanks for your time and assistance. PriscillaGet more from the Web.
