Walter, The GROCE name disappeared from my family line in 1841 when the last KNOWN male Groce (Larkin) died, prob in Sabine Co, TX. However, Joshua may have had other sons who did not come to TX in 1820-30s. Other Groces came to TX that may have been somehow related. Was your Groce line in TX?
