    1. [TX ROBERTSON] Garrard/Cooke 1850/1873
    2. Howdy List, My 2nd great grandparents, Thomas GARRARD and Jane WILDS (COOKE?) died, along with one or more of their children, in the yellow fever epidemic in Calvert in the Fall of 1873. I have recently found a record of Jane's burial: Mount Vernon Cemetery Calvert/Owensville: GARARD, J. WILDS, h Thomas Garard Would anyone know if the county courthouse would have records of the place of burial for her husband Tom Garrard and child or children? (Haven't found any on the web, and I live in France...) Would there be records for deaths in this 1873 epidemic? I have worked forever to find the names of Jane Wilds' parents. Family tradition has Jane connected to the COOKE family -- Augustus W. Cooke (or possibly Wilds K. Cooke), but I've never found any confirmation of this. A. W. Cooke was married to Jane E. Harlan in October 1838. Jane E. (Harlan) Cooke married Logan A. Stroud in May 1842. Are there any birth records for Robertson County for the period 1838-1842? Thanks for any tips! Regards, Karen Trouvat
