Dear Friends of Robertson County TX, I have faithfully watched postings for a year. So far no has mentioned marriage, death, burial or other info re a person named RANKIN. Robert Bruce RANKIN b 1833, AL, wife Almira Cotton. Census 1880 shows family in Robertson Co. TX. Robert died (I am told) 25 Apr 1886, was buried in Robertson Co TX. Children James B & Mary. Does anyone know anything of these folks? Hints? I wrote to library & court house, no reply from either. Roberts brother Duncan and family lived in Falls & Hill Counties.
