Andrew H. (Hendon) Simmons is brother to my g-gf, so I have done some Simmons family research: Andrew's parents: Asa Simmons Jr. and Martha Helen Scoggin (Scoggins) married 27 Dec 1835 in Clarke County, GA. Andrew H. married Fannie Robertson 29 Feb 1872 in Troup County, GA.
