I have both Andrew Jackson Cravey's pension and his wife, Elizabeth Craveys. It is also the only thing I found that lists a marriage date for them in what looks like Hardin County, Texas. I don't know much about his parents. His father is said to be James Cravey. As for his mother, don't know. I don't know much about his siblings either. Apparently A.J. & Elizabeth Cravey lived in Stephens County, Texas at one point cause I found them listed on the 1880 census there with 5 of their children. Then in 1900 and 1910 they lived in Shelby County, Texas. But only one daughter lived at home with A.J. and Elizabeth in 1900 and that was Elizabeth "Lizzie" who was 14 at the time. By 1904 Lizzie was married to Joseph P. Moore and could be found on the 1910 Shelby County census with her husband and 3 children. I did find an Eliza Cravey on the 1850 Jefferson County, Texas census that was married to a Peter Gibson and her father (I assume) , James was living with them at the time and another James M. Cravey too. Wonder if that could be her brother?? Sorry that I couldn't have been more help. Priscilla
