I think that Frances is a sister of Andrew Jackson Cravey. She was born about 1817 in Georgia. She and Joseph Ross Adams were married sometime before Dec 1839 when they showed up applying for a Texas landgrant, although the first child that I know about (Mary Frances) was not born until 1841. I have three other siblings for this family-Wm R., James H., Eliza. Surely there are others. What do you think? Andrew Jackson Cravey's Confederate pension states that the family first arrived in Texas in 1839. Do you have any leads on his mother? Jana
