I found these Coley's (and a LEE) online here: http://www.rootsweb.com/~txrober2/1860censusfinal.doc I think this Elizabeth COLEY age 18 might be mine. I have mine born in 1847 but anything's possible. (would there be birth records this early in TX available?) She later, in 1872 Robertson Co., married John LEE. They lived in Brown Co. the most. Both are buried in Cox Cemetery, Comanche Co., Tx. The Dempsey COLEY is the only that 'could' be Elizabeth's father. His wife, Julie, could not be her mother or any of the children listed except Sarah and Terry as she's too old. This must be Dempsey's second marriage. Anyone know of this family and Dempsey's first marriage? All the COLEY's listed below could be related.
