These Gees were from Virgina. They came to Texas after the Civil War. They were Paul Gee, Squire Gee, Millie Gee, Osban Wingfield, and Francis Wingfield(my great grandmother.) Millie Gee and Osban Wingfield were her parents. Paul and Squire were her uncles. Squire married a Sarah Bowie. Sarah was born in Troup,Texas. They had 6, children:Oscar Gee, Ada Gee Simon Gee, Roy Gee Herman Gee and Wilmer. In 1920, Squire and his family was listed on the 1920 soundex for Texas.At that time they lived in Limestone County, Texas.
