SANDERS had a brother named JAMES W. whose birthdate would fit in with your James. Their parents were JAMES SANDERS & MARY F. RUSSEL. The given and middle names of your James' son seem pretty coincidental! Charles married CLEOPATRA E. EPPERSON who was born in FRANKLIN, and had kin in and near HEARNE until recently. Charles and his father and at least one other brother worked for the RR's. They subsequently moved around a lot and resided in Webb Co. and near San Antonio among other places that could well have included ROBERTSON CO.
