You are on the right track. My son was born at the Hearne hospital in the 50's but some went to Bryan, Brazos Co. and some to Marlin, Falls Co. so there other choices. Same goes for Death cert. My Dad died in Marlin, Falls Co. so that is where the death cert is. shirley
