There is a William Walter Scott buried in the Smith-Rosalie cemetery in RRCo, funeral paid for by Winifred (different spelling) Scott. b 1852 d 1936 I also have a John Winfield Scott III b1910 in Altus, Ok that married Dorothy Dell Jordan Lamar County that is buried in the Evergreen Cemetery, Paris, Lamar County There are several Tuttle's and one Tittle listed in Lamar County Cemeteries I did not find any in the RRCo listings. Don't know if any of this helps.
