I live in Fort Worth. There is a state park near Sulpher Springs. I can't remember the name of it though. It doesn't necessarily have to be a state park, any large park would do that we could have a pavillion or something. There are two relatively new ones in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. They are Lake Ray Roberts and Joe Pool Lake. Also, I know of Tyler State Park and Caddo but they aren't that close to Red River county. Is there anything north in Oklahoma that you know of. All I know of is Lake Texoma, and Beavers Bend, which is outside of Broken Bow and is very beautiful and serene. I imagine you people in Red River County already know about that one. Cathy
