I could be wrong, but I always thought Bill Moore died while owning the drug store, because people were always talking about how much the missed Bill Moore at the pharmacy when he died. Maybe not. If I see Billy Ray (son) again, I will ask him. Billy Ray and I first meet when we were both going to PJC in Paris after high school. Him from Avery and me from Clarksville. Jim, You are correct about the elder Bill Moore's death. I should have said Katie and Billy -- was just abbreviating his name to Bill as I think I did as a youngster. I am glad you pointed that out as it could result in confusion to anyone else. By the way, I have done quite a bit of research on the BOZE family and am happy to share. I would love to find more old pictures on any of these families -- BOZE, MOORE, COLLVINS. Thanks, Cathy Jim Giddens wrote: > I could be wrong, but I always thought Bill Moore died while owning the > drug store, because people were always talking about how much the missed > Bill Moore at the pharmacy when he died. I see now that you referred to the older Bill as William. I only recall him being called Bill, and the son, Billy Ray. I never met William, he must have been a fine man. Yes, the grocery store was/is the building on the corner. I wonder if Billy Ray is still running a grocery business in it. I should have noticed in recent months, but I haven't. Shame on me. I will next time. Jim Giddens Paris, Tx p.s. Is my type coming to you much smaller that it did in the past. I have been trying to make my printer print smaller but I must have clicked the wrong buttons. ----- Original Message ----- From: <dobie@cowtown.net> To: <TXREDRIV-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, July 01, 2003 8:06 AM Subject: [TXREDRIV] Re: Avery TX// Bill Moore > Jim, > You are correct about the elder Bill Moore's death.
