Ya know Robin Williams was born on July 21st....so was Don Knotts and John Lovitz...some great comedians...one other that I care to mention is Ernest Hemingway.... Happy Birthday to Jan, Jan, Drew & Wanda. We should have had a party. I know I a older than you guys, but I hope I am younger than Don Knotts. Just got back from Dallas/Mesquite, Garland etc. Now the fun begins. BTW, my Aunt Tommie Jean Watson Childers is now in Regency Nursing Home. She has wanted to go so when she fainted at home last week, she decided to go even though her daughter did not want her to earlier. She enjoyed visiting all the people when my dad was there and he says she will like it there. Anyone driving but, feel free to visit her. Tommie has help me with stories of yesteryear very much and would help to jog my Dad's memory. Tommie must be in her mid 70s. She was raised at Hopewell and graduated from school at Dimple. Tommie was/is my mother's baby sister. My mother died in 1985. Bonnie, Happy Early Birthday for August. Anyone else in August? My old friend Ronnie Humphrey is Aug 4. You may remember my stories of him being 1 week older than me separate us to different teams in Little League. He is the golf pro at Cleburne City Golf course. I think his sons operated it now. His father was Olen Humphrey, of Peters Prairie. Later Olen was J.P. and/or constable at Clarksville.
