    2. You know what one of the county lists I belong to in Tennessee does in the summer. They have a reunion and all those who have genealogical ties to the county are invited. They use a nearby state park and have a good old time. The people bring their histories and research and share what they can. They have food, fun and just good old American fellowship. Maybe this is something we can plan for at some point in the future. Maybe in the Fall or Spring when it isn't too terribly hot here in Texas. What do you all think? Cathy

    3. Actually, we did that about 2 years ago. We planned it for Memorial Day weekend without realizing that a bunch of people had graduations to attend that day. We had maybe about 20 people attend, but everyone had a good time. Maybe it is time to do it again. Fall would be OK with me, if there is enough interest. We don't have a state park nearby. We had our meeting at South Lake. Where do you live Cathy? You probably told us but I forgot. 3. Sounds like a great idea to me; I live in MO so have to plan in advance. I think the spring would be best.
