Sam, this has been happening to me on a regular basis. All the other virus EMails Norton deletes, but this one it can't handle, so it just cuts off your connection when it tries to download it. The one I get comes from big@boss.com. There is no such EMail address. When this happens, go to the internet, go to http://www.mail2web.com and put in your EMail address and password. Your EMails on your server will come up. Delete the one with the virus and you will be back in business. This is a real pain to do, but I don't know how to keep it from happening, since I don't know the source.
