    3. Jim, the documents that I have states that he was living in the Avery area. I don't know how far Avery extended back in those days of 1862.     3. If I remember Eddie's writing on Avery, It did not exist until the railroad put in a watering stop for the train and I believe that was in the 1870s. Check me out on that. Well I am on my way to see Connie Anderson Somerville that living and works at home in the old Robbinsville location. She does my taxes. The Somervilles have owned and farmed that land for over 150 years.
