I don't remember the exact years, but it was several years ago now. Seems to me it was sort of a quiet thing done without much attention. It was more obvious when the overpasses started coming down. The overpass near Detroit was probably taken down about 3 to 6 years ago, but again, seems it was done without fanfare.
