Jim, I knew Nolan and Betty Tolar from that area, and I feel like this might be their Dad. I don't remember him, but I do remember Mrs. Tolar. As a matter of fact, Betty Tolar probably lives in Roxton area, as she was married to Gil Landers before his death. Mrs. Tolar lived only about 7 or 8 blocks from me when she died. Sam Paris P.S.
