In yesterday's Paris news there was an article about a ceremony scheduled for 2pm Saturday (today) in Clarksville Cemetery, honoring Benjamin Clark, Revolutionary War Veteran. This article gives some biographical information and can be viewed online at http://www.theparisnews.com/story.lasso?wcd=6777 This brings another question I have asked before. Were there any other Rev War Soldiers who made it to Red River County? If anybody knows about any I would like to hear about them. At a discussion at the Geneology Society Christmas party, there were several people who believed there were three, but could not remember names.
