The pastor at a small church in Tate Co, MS, removed all of the tombstones so he could mow without having to go around them. Then he wound up throwing them in a ditch behind the church. I didn't believe this story until I looked for myself. Sure enough the stones were all broken up. Some were retrieved and put back but very few. I can''t imagine a congregation letting this happen but they did. Wanda
