OK, I found it. I have tons of stuff in the file cabinet that I haven't looked at in years and it is not that well organized. A lot of it is "just in case" that doesn't even apply to my family. Walter Carpenter died of Comsumption. He lived in Detroit. The informant was J. L. VanDyke. Was that a Dr? It wasn't a relative. It doesn't list the burial place. I wonder when death certificates started listing the burial place.
