Steve, I know very little about the grown up cemetery behind the Taylor farm. I have never been to it. I remember the Taylor family speaking of it in conversation, even back when we lived in Avery during the 70s. The Taylor's daughter, Janie Taylor Hall mentioned it again last week when I was at their monument business place in Avery . The office number for the shop is 903-684-3331. I think she gave me their e-mail address but I don't see it at the moment. If/when I find it, I will send it to you. Janie's husband name is Don Hall. They both work at the shop. When I say the cemetery is behind their "home place", I don't know just have far. Maybe a couple of miles, I just do not know. Looking now at one of my maps, I see about 4 cemeteries in the area. Perhaps it is one of these, again I don't know. The cemeteries I see in that area are shown on the map as, Wilkes, Medford, Dillard, and Wooten Cemetery. I have never been to any of these. They are all a little northwest of Lydia.
