Hi everyone, Here is a quick question that I thought I would never ask. If I were to discover that my grandparents had adopted a child, (not my father but one of the siblings) would there be a way to discover when the adoption took place? I know this would have taken place around 1926 in Red River county. I just don't know how the laws are concerning adoptions. The concerned individual died in the 1980s. I'm not so much concerned about the identity of the individual as I am just proving that this individual was not an actual birth child, but adopted.
