I found my information on Keeton. Carole Keeton Rylander (recently it became Carole Keeton Strahorn). Daughter of W. Page Keeton. Carole has served as State Comptroller, Railroad Commissioner, Insurance Commissioner and Mayor of Austin. She spent her summer in Clarksville as a child and remembers it as her "summer camp". Also from Red River County is Robert Keeton, US.District Judge, Boston, Mass. former professor of law at Harvard, known as the father of no-fault auto insurance. Robert has/had a brother Dean Page Keeton in politics in Austin. I do not know the relation of these men to Carole, but I assume there is one. Jim Giddens Paris, Tx
