Hi, I asked for names of any Orphanages in RR Co and Sherman was mentioned ....so was a Boy's Home in Mesquite..... I'll take the names of any Orphanages in the surrounding areas and check all of them. I just know she packed up and left the farm southest of Clarksville City. The one in Sherman may have been the only one that could take her and the 7 kids or they may have been the only one that had an opening for a cook. I appreciate any and all suggestions.
