My mom, when she used to get angry could say "I am going to kick you into the middle of next week!" She would also tell me when I would be wearing a sleeveless blouse..."Debra, you make me cold, would you please go put on a sweater?" Other things I can not remember. I do remember one time when I was in college, I was doing some homework at mom and dad's house. This time I could not get a Calculus problem to come out right for anything...I had gotten up and went outside to clear my mind, had come back in and had worked again on it for about 15 minutes. She was right next to me and I said "Bull Hockey!!" Oh, man, she slapped me accross the face....and I was married with kids running around! I said, what did I say.....she said "you said a cuss word.....and I am going to wash your mouth out with soap!!" How was I suppose to know that in her younger days that was word they used for Bull Sh??......(Sorry cynthia) I had never heard of that till that moment. I can still feel the sting....haha. She was a wonderful mother and woman. Still miss her so much.....and dad too. Sorry about my rambling.....of course I am a quite bit younger than the rest of you RR folks (no offense) , but I have heard everyone of the sayings so far that have been posted. Debra in Paris
