    3. This weeks Clarksville Times has a very long and impressive obituary for Harry Igo. He was 89. He was raised by older sisters after his parents died. Graduated from Texas A & M. Cargo Pilot during WW II flying many missions over the Pacific. He was the first in the Plainview area to promote the use of anhydrous ammonia as a fertilizer after in 1948 the began Plainsman Supply Co. , become one of the biggest feed, seed and fertilizer dealerships on the South Plains. In 1974 he was named Outstanding Chemical Agricultural Man in West Texas. There is much more impressive information in the obit. Nothing about any connection or activity in Red River Co after high school graduation at CHS in 1933. Read it if you get the chance. Jim G Paris T
