Early brief report in the Paris News states there were at least 4 killed in the firey crash. States a trailer came "off" of a truck. U.S. 56 (old 82) was closed also. I understand it was due to bridge problems on Mill Creek. My daughter and family left Sherman about 1 hr after we did. The could not take 56 as we did. Patrolman told them to go south to Wright then 78 to Bonham. Instead, he went north to Denison and took 69 (I think it is) to Bells and bypass the accident.
