    3. Hey I have NEWSOME RELATIVES.......... Absolomn Lawsom Newsom(e) born 10 Jun 1846 in Clarksville, Red River, TX and died in 1930. He married Esther Alabama MCGUIRE. They had 4 children, I have those names as well........Johnnie Manus Newsome was one.... Any connections? I have lots of relatives in Red River County......... DAVISON, MCGUIRE, MALONE, CROW, AND SPARKS PIG KNUCKLES! YUK!!!     3. Hey, how come you folks down in TX. call it polk weed? We folk up here in OK. call it polk salad and scramble it with eggs. My daddy always liked the pigs knuckles and head cheese. Couldn't handle either of them or the polk. Don't care for cooked greens of any description. Researching in Red River Co. TX. Suggs, Hogland, Daggs, Lisenby & Pierce & connecting families. Bye y'all.
