Go on online and a do a google search for some churches in their area. Maybe a church or two might have a website. You can contact them by email for help. Also, find the nearest newspaper online to where they live. They will have contact numbers for REd Cross, or anyone else that is helping with clean up efforts and food donations. Even Department of Human and Protective Services might get involved, you would have to get the Protective Services for Elderly case workers. If they can not help, they can surely tell you who to call. What about your parents home owners insurance? Have they been called? Has a claim been filed.
