    1. [TXREDRIV] Hammett obit
    2. Jim Giddens
    3. Royce D. Hammett I have pasted the Hammett obit of the Paris news for more than one reason. I know the Hammett name has been discussed by this board. At first I thought he may be Doyle Hammett that I remember in Clarksville as a teen that was about 3 years older than me. (I am 66) As it turns out, Doyle preceded this brother in death. No body I knew (except maybe a teacher and parents) called him Doyle, we all called him "Supee Duck (for Super ducktails). I have often described him as looking a lot like Fonzie on Happy Days. Supee however did always have a pack of cigarettes rolled up in his T-shirt. I did not remember Supee had died until reading this. Supee did live as a teen on our hill (Rose Hill), actually W. College Ave. Many people back then referred to W College as Rose Hill. If anyone knows of Supee, I would like to know where he was living, when he died etc. Jim G +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ CLARKSVILLE - Royce D.
