Dimple Mall is a convenient store on Hwy 37 north of Clarksville a few miles were some of the guys have breakfast at 6 a.m. (not me). Jack Atkins was a classmate of mine and is a doctor in Huntsville, Tx (no, he is not connected to the prison in any way) Jim G ----- Original Message ----- Sent: Tuesday, October 30, 2007 7:17 PM Subject: More Bears Well, the bears just keep popping up. Me and The Trapper were down at the Dimple Mall a day or two ago and Craig Frazier showed us some pictures of bear tracks he had made on Jack Atkins ranch at Ackworth, (Craig works for the Texas Forrest Service). He is supposed to email me some of the pictures and I will forward them. Then, Saturday night Justin Stringer and his wife brought their kids by trick or treating. Justin said that he was up on 1159 about where you turn to go to ML's deer cabin. A black guy he knew was stopped there on his 4 wheeler. Justin asked him what he was doing and he said he had been watching a bear. Justin said he started teasing the guy about thinking he had seen a bear when the the guy said "There he is again." Justin said he looked up and sure enough there was a big black bear just ambling across the highway. He said this bear on all fours was waist high on him. Justin is probably 6'2" so this was a big bear. ML also has at least 3 bear stories if we can get him to unlimber his typing fingers. We have to remember that ML is a shy boy. But maybe he will do it. EP -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
