Could anyone from the area help me with info about my grandparents, His name was Willie Jefferson Higgins and his wife was Lillie Mae Mcconnell Higgins, she was a mid wife, my mother Mollie Harlee was born in Bogota in 1920 I think after a Doctor and his sister, I found a census in which Willie was listed as Willie Mcconnell ( wonder why? maybe in hiding you think?) any way I just cant seem to track who what or where on his past, my mom thought his mothers name was Ellen( Cunningham?) and the dads was John I would be gratefull for any leads anyone can give me.
