    3. Hey guys, I was contacted by someone who needs some help. It seems some cattle have rubbed up against the Marker for John Nance Garner's birthsite. They said it was a few miles north of Rugby. Someone needs to see who to report it to, and get it put back up, before it gets forgotten. They said it was pretty heavy, so I am not sure how to go about finding someone who can help. Jim, or Cynthia, would one of you know? I wish I could help, but I just don't think I could get there, much less lift it. Any help??? Peggy

    3. The Texas State Historical Commission designates the markers, but the local county historical commission are the people to find. -----Original Message----- From: txredriv-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:txredriv-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Peggy Sent: Tuesday, December 18, 2007 7:16 PM To: txredriv@rootsweb.com Subject: [TXREDRIV] need help for a marker Hey guys, I was contacted by someone who needs some help.
