I guess we need to find out who put that monument there in the first place. Maybe there is someone responsible for it. Possibly someone in the historical society would know. I have never been there. I wanted to take a picture one time and somebody gave me directions but I don't remember exactly where it is. I think it is one of those that you can't see from the road. There are no longer any Garner family members living in the area.
