This is a copy and paste from my high school e-mail group. Though it interesting. Jim G We went down to the Red River this afternoon, and it is starting to look like an ocean. Lots of people standing on the banks and taking pictures and some were fishing too. I heard in town this afternoon that Pecan Point is under water. I think that is the area where the river is about to take the Farm to Market road completely out. Some of the ladies told me that it was announced on the 10:00 morning KCAR news.
