Looking for information on Tomkins/Tompkins T.T or T. J. and Sarah. Found them on the 1880 census for Red River but lost them after that. T.T. age 50 was born South Carolina, Sarah age 41 born Ala. Believe Sarah was Jemison/Jamison before she married Tomkins. Also believe this is second marriage for Sarah. Does anyone have any death records for Red River. Thanks Sally Eichhorn

Tompkins, Sarah M. b. 24 May 1838, d. 4 June 1896, Liberty Cemetery, ssw T. J. Tompkins, T. J. b. 16 Sep 1829, d. 8 Aug 1895, Liberty Cemetery. Tompkins, T. J. m. Sarah Jamison Dec 29 1868, book B page 27. I could not find a Jamison marriage to a Sarah. That's all I have. Death certificates were not kept this early. I made one trip to Liberty Cemetery and took some pictures earlier this year. It is very rural. I may go back but not till it is nice and dry.
