In the 1860 census of Parker Co. there was a L. Williams who lived in Copper Hill. I have a Leroy Williams that lived in Copper Hill in 1900. Could he have been Lewis Williams that voted in the county in the year of 1870? Any information about this man would be appreciated. Thanks, Lenora
