    3. Carolyn, I guess that I could write to you personally, because I keep expecting someone to come on and opine that courthouses have nothing to do with genealogy. Another list I subscribe to complained that cemeteries and the preservation thereof was not!! I couldn't believe what I read. But then, that's just my opinion. To quote from the information I have on the Tarrant County courthouse: "In a period when Texas architects were designing some of the nation's greatest public buildings, Tarrant officials went to Missouri for their architects. Louis CURTISS and Frederick DUNN formed a partnership that became a pioneer in the use of concrete and structural steel".
